Video Conference with Brand X
No matter where you are, we want to meet you face-to-face whenever we can. Sometimes that’s not immediately possible, so we use Netviewer for full-featured web conferencing.
To take part in a web conference session, make arrangements with your Brand X contact. You will be given a session number to use when you log into Netviewer. If you’re not in touch with us yet, contact us.
Get Netviewer so you can video conference with Brand X
Netviewer allows Brand X to do the following – and more - with you:
- Show and share desktop applications, so we can share ideas, resources, designs and other materials with you
- Conference you in by phone or free VOIP (if you want to use VOIP, please use a headset so we can hear you clearly and without feedback)
- Support 2-way video. We see you, you see us! (webcam required)
When you click on the link above, you will be asked if you want to Run or Save Netviewer. Go ahead with the installation by clicking Run (if using IE). If you want to save the installation file on your computer, click Save and then double-click the file wherever you saved it to run the program.
Once installed, you will be asked if you want to integrate the software into other applications on your computer. If you are a client and expect to video conference with us regularly, we recommend you do this. If you’re not sure how often you’ll want to use Netviewer with us, don’t install the software – just come back to this page to start the application each time or invoke the program from your locally saved file.
